Domain and hosting Kenya · .KE specialists

Domains registered, transferred and managed from one accredited place.

We handle domains for Kenyan and pan-African businesses — including the .KE namespace, where registry rules and eligibility paperwork trip most people up. Free DNS management, free email forwarding, WHOIS privacy where the registry allows it, and registrar lock on every name. Transfers in are free and add a year to your registration.

On every domain

What you get beyond the name

Full DNS control

A, AAAA, CNAME, MX, TXT, SRV and CAA records you can edit yourself, with low TTLs when you are mid-migration.

Theft protection

Registrar lock enabled by default, two-person approval on transfers out, and expiry reminders that go to more than one address.

You own it, not us

The domain is registered in your name with your contact details. If you ever leave, we release the auth code the same day.

Free email forwarding

Forward info@ or sales@ to any inbox before you are ready to run mailboxes of your own.

KENIC paperwork handled

For .ac.ke, .or.ke and .go.ke we prepare the eligibility documents and deal with the registry on your behalf.

Bundled with hosting

Free .co.ke for the first year on Biashara and above, renewed at the standard rate afterwards.

Transfers

Moving a domain that is stuck somewhere

Usually a former developer holds it, or the previous registrar has gone quiet. We do this several times a week.

1. Send us the name

We look up who holds it, which registrar it sits with, whether it is locked, and when it expires. You get a plain-English summary the same day, free.

2. We chase the auth code

If you are the rightful registrant and cannot get the EPP code released, we escalate with the registrar and, for .KE names, with KENIC directly.

3. Transfer with DNS copied first

We replicate your existing DNS zone before the transfer completes, so email and websites keep working throughout. Nothing goes dark.

4. Locked down in your name

Registrar lock on, contacts set to you, expiry reminders configured, and a year added to the registration. Transfers in are free.

FAQ

Domain questions

Most Kenyan businesses should hold both — the .com for reach, the .co.ke because local customers trust and type it. Point one at the other with a 301 redirect; there is no SEO penalty for owning both.

.co.ke is the established commercial namespace and needs no eligibility paperwork. .ke is the shorter second-level name — scarcer, more memorable, and worth registering early if the exact match is free.

.ac.ke is for accredited academic institutions and .or.ke for registered non-profits and associations. KENIC asks for supporting documents; we prepare and submit them with your application.

.KE transfers usually complete within 24 to 48 hours once the auth code is released. Generic extensions such as .com take up to five days, which is a registry rule rather than a delay on our side.

Yes, both directions. Keep the domain with us and point it at any host, or bring a domain you own to our hosting. We will configure the records either way.

We send reminders at 30, 14, 7 and 1 day to every contact on file, and hold expired names through the registry redemption period so they can be recovered rather than lost.

Moving a domain that is stuck somewhere?

Send us the name. We will find out who holds it, what is blocking the transfer, and move it for free.
