How a migration actually goes
Four steps, no downtime, no charge. Most clients are fully moved within 48 hours of saying yes.
1. A 15-minute call
We look at your current traffic, plugins and email volume, then recommend the smallest plan that comfortably fits. If shared hosting is enough, we say so.
2. We copy everything
Files, databases and mailboxes are copied to our platform and rebuilt on a temporary URL. Your live site keeps running untouched the entire time.
3. You test, we fix
You click through the staging copy — forms, checkout, admin logins. We correct anything that behaves differently and re-test with you.
4. DNS switch at your chosen hour
We lower TTLs in advance and cut over at a quiet time, usually overnight. Email is queued so nothing is lost, and we watch the first 24 hours.

Yes, at no charge. Send us your current host’s login details and we migrate files, databases and email, test on a temporary URL, then switch DNS at a time you choose — usually overnight, so visitors see nothing.
M-Pesa, card or bank transfer. Shared plans are billed annually because that is where the price advantage sits, but we arrange quarterly billing for Agency and Reseller on request.
Biashara and above include a free .co.ke registration for the first year. On Kickoff and Duka a .co.ke costs KES 1,200 per year, and you can always bring a domain you already own. See our domain pricing.
We cap it, and we will tell you the number for your server if you ask. Overselling is the single biggest reason cheap hosting feels slow, and it is the practice we started this company to avoid.
